RETURN POLICY:

  • Returns will be accepted for a full refund if postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order. Please allow 2-3 days for refunds to be processed.
  • All SALE items are FINAL sale, including items purchased during promotional sales.
  • Returns are at the expense of the customer.
  • Items must be returned unworn and in the original packaging.

DAMAGES/REPAIRS: 
Every product we send out is initially quality controlled. However, if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault, we will happily replace it or refund the cost.

Any damages that occur within 60 days of purchase will be eligible to be repaired or replaced free of charge. After 60 days, there is a $25 fee for all repairs.
No repairs will be accepted after 90 days.

We are located in San Francisco, CA.
It is our aim to fulfill all orders within 48 hours, excluding weekends.
During higher volume sales, please allow 3-5 business days for order fulfillment.
We offer free USPS First Class shipping for all domestic orders over $75.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Only USPS Priority Mail and DHL Express International offer insurance for lost packages. A lost claim may be filed once the package has been in transit for more than 30 days.

The customer is responsible for filing any lost claims. For international orders, please contact your local postal carrier for information on how to file a claim as we are unable to replace lost packages for international orders. 

–The2Bandits is not liable for stolen packages. If your tracking confirms that the package has been “DELIVERED” at the address provided, then neither the carrier service nor The2Bandits is liable.
