RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL
At The 2 Bandits, we want you to love what you order. If you are not completely satisfied with your selection, we will accept full priced exchanges and/ or refunds by mail within 10 days from the date of receiving the item. For example, if you get the item on April 10th, you have until April 20th to get it back to us.
Any damages or repairs will be accepted within 90 days of date of purchase and will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
If returned after 90 days there is a $25 fee for repairs.
All returned jewelry needs to be well contained in a box or bubble wrap. We will NOT accept loose jewelry.
Please leave a note in the package with your order number and desired outcome i.e refund, exchange, repair.

PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION
The 2 Bandits accepts all major credit cards. Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email to show you we are processing the order. Once the order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and delivery. For made to order items or items purchased during a flash sale, please allow 3-4 weeks for processing and delivery.
All online purchases are shipped for $5 to The United States and FREE on all orders over $150 via USPS First Class. Please email us regarding expedited shipping.
Please allow 7-10 business days for domestic shipping. Made to order or specialty items can take up to 4 weeks for delivery.
In the event of a flash sale or holiday, please allow up to 3 weeks for shipping.
All international orders are shipped via USPS Air Mail for $15 per shipment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping.
