We are smitten with the way our favorite blogger, Betty, has styled her Riders by doubling them up! I can’t wait to try this myself!

The holiday season is always a joyous, yet hectic, time of year and making lists becomes a must! We thought we’d compile our favorite gifts to give (and receive!) this year-and of course, to share with you:

1. After the recent passing of Sam Haskins, I pulled out one of my favorite photography books, Cowboy Kate and Other Stories, from my bookshelf and it’s now sitting on my coffee table in his memory–an amazingly beautiful & inspirational book. $30, Amazon
2. You no longer need to lament over the loss of Polaroid film thanks to Fuji’s Instax Instant Camera! $130, Urban Outfitters
3. Flea markets are a treasure trove of amazing gift possibilities. I’m on the lookout for vintage costume jewelry & apothecary jars this month at the Alameda Flea Market.
4. I LOVE Baggu! These colorful reusable bags are super durable, hold a ton of groceries, and come in a tiny pouch–perfect for your purse. And what’s more chic than being eco-friendly? $8, Baggu
5. Another essential item that holds a permanent place in my purse is my Moleskine Notebook–for all those spur of the moment ideas, inspirations & notes. $10 Classic Hardcover Notebook, Moleskine
6. Kerry Cassill Bedding is designed using the lightest luxe cotton from India. I am addicted to her beachy bohemian style prints and find any excuse to add more quilts, pillowcases, etc to my collection. $182 Beach Blanket, Kerry Cassill
7. Riders. The best way to transform any pair of boots! $70 a pair $35 each, The 2 Bandits
8. We are obsessed with Free People’s Lace Bandeau. Available in almost every color of the rainbow, these are fun to layer with just about everything–and super comfortable too! $28, Free People
9. Ever wish you could just add the littlest bit of height to your step? LiftKits has just released sole inserts for women and I’m dying to try these out in my flat boots! $20 a pair, LiftKits
10. Update that special someone’s (and elephant lover’s) desk with Iomoi’s Elephant Tape Dispenser. I mean, does it get any cuter?! $158, Iomoi
Happy Holidays!! xx, Erica and Tamar

Dear Canadian neighbors, Bandits are now available at Little Burgundy Shoes! For those of you not familiar with Little Burgundy, it is the ultimate destination for branded footwear and accessories, with several store locations all over the country. And did you know it is part of the Aldo Group (we love Aldo shoes!)? They also have a partnership with Leave Out Violence (LOVE), a not-for-profit youth organization dedicated to educating and empowering teens affected by violence. How cool is that?!
We thought we would explain how our international shipping works due to the international response we have been receiving (and since our new online shop hasn’t launched yet)! For all of you outside of the US & Canada, place your orders online as normal. Once your order is processed, we will send you a payment request for $12 via PayPal or Google (our flat rate for all international shipments). Once that payment is submitted, your Riders and/or Bandits will be shipped overseas to you. What a happy ending!

Following the launch of Riders last week, The 2 Bandits had our second feature on Daily Candy yesterday!! Hooray!!

We also were approached with the most exciting news yesterday, which we cannot wait to share with you!! I think Tamar and I are going to celebrate tonight with champagne, frozen yogurt and popcorn–just a few of our favorite things! Have a great weekend!
Introducing RIDERS by The 2 Bandits! Riders are adjustable fine leather and chain boot harnesses worn at the base of any boot, which we feel add a bit of je ne sais quoi to any look! They come in Black, Brown and Camel and in brass or silver:

Wear them solo or as a pair–Riders look amazing on any type of boots that are sitting in your closet, especially on those fabulous ankle boots you bought season! We hope you love wearing them as much as we do!!

Studded suspenders made exclusively for Free People by us, The 2 Bandits!! Their October catalog here!
This season’s offering of an amazing assortment of boots has thrown me into a tizzy! Here are my top picks, thus far:

Inspired by Raych from That’s Chic, I am excited to finally own a pair of lace-up boots. These Frye stunners would be perfect for Moondance, Darjeeling and Sunday (or any of the embellished styles)!

I am obsessed with anything Cynthia Vincent–especially her shoes & boots (they are all incredibly comfortable)! These beauties by Vincent are gorgeous and a must-have. I can’t wait to sport them with my favorite Bandits this Fall, Moondance!

I’m eager to try a few ankle boots this season. This one by Fossil (!! I didn’t know they made boots !!) would be perfect with a new boot accessory we are working on, which will be available very soon! More on that later…

I am loving the grey distressed leather on these Frye Riding Boots. You can never have enough riding boots. They are durable, timeless, and look great with any of the Classics to boot!
There is something for everybody this season! Happy Boot Shopping!

The 2 Bandits are now available in Canada at Lola & Emily in Montreal—and we couldn’t be more thrilled! The ladies behind this awesome boutique are so incredibly sweet, beautiful and have awesome style. Also, their blog is oh so charming, with DIY projects , Amanda showing off their newly arrived goodies and an occasional guest appearance by Zoe, their cute pup!
