Yes, Nine West!! Apparently, they were overproduced in the 80s (made in Brazil), so you will find tons of boots in mint condition, floating around on Ebay, Etsy, and in your local vintage stores. Tamar and I each own 3 pairs and they truly are the most amazing boots.
